Free actions

- Browsing the directory.

- Adding a site in the [Basic Version] (no guaranteed approval time).

- Editing information (except the URL) via [the member area].

- Removal request (processed within 30 days max).

Paid actions

- Priority submission: Immediate approval ($10.00).

- Immediate removal: Instant removal of your site ($10.00). You must certify that you are the owner of the site.

- 1st Position: Move your site up to 1st position in its category for $10.00.

Benefits of the paid version

The Premium badge, shown next to a site on the directory pages, indicates a site listed in the paid version. This site benefits from immediate approval, a followed (dofollow) link from the moment it is added, possible inclusion in the home page carousel and the "Discover on this site" box, which showcases up to 10 pages of its site.

Pages, contacts and social networks

Sites in the paid version (Premium badge) that are online may display additional information below their listing: pages from their site, their contact details and their social networks. This information is grouped in a "More info" box, collapsed by default, which visitors open with a click.

Where to enter them. From the member area, by clicking "Edit" next to the site: the "Your site's pages" and "My contacts" blocks let you add, edit or delete them at any time (the "Clear all fields" button empties the form, and saving then deletes the information). A preview shows the result before saving.

The site's pages. Up to 10 pages of the listed site, on the same domain name (the home page and duplicates are not accepted). The name of each page is chosen from a list (Our services, Prices, Contact, etc.); a custom name ("Other") is only displayed after approval by the directory. "Event" and "Promotion" pages have an end date (6 months maximum) and disappear automatically after that date.

Contacts and social networks. Telephone, e-mail, WhatsApp, town/city, opening hours and account names (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, X). Each item is optional. When saving, the publisher chooses whether to display them or to save them without displaying them. Formats are checked: digits only for numbers, a valid e-mail address, and no web address or code in the other fields; information in the wrong format is not saved.

Protection against bots. Contacts and social networks are displayed as an image generated by the directory: they remain readable by visitors but cannot be harvested automatically by bots (e-mail address harvesting, unsolicited marketing). In return, they are not clickable.

Liability and removal. The site publisher is solely responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the information they publish. Only business contact details intended to be made public may be entered; entering the personal data of a third party is prohibited. The directory may refuse or remove, without notice, any information that is inaccurate, misleading or contrary to these terms. This information is deleted along with the site; if the site loses its paid version, it is no longer displayed but remains stored in the member area.

Payments

- Accepted methods: PayPal, bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, etc.) and Apple Pay.

- Approval and invoicing: You will receive a report and an invoice by e-mail immediately after payment.

- Important: Remember to check your "Spam" folder if you do not receive anything.

- Support: If you have any problem, contact us via the [contact page]. Resolved within 24/48 hours.

Your Member Area

The dashboard lets you manage your presence in the directory via the following menus:




- Edit a site: Lets you view all your sites (listed or pending). Lets you change the title, description, category and language. This is also where you can request an update of the thumbnail if one already exists.

Note: To change a site's URL, please contact us directly by e-mail.

- Move up the rankings: To benefit from better visibility (clickable URL, colour thumbnail) or to place your site at the top of its category.

- Delete a site: Request the removal of a site (free deferred option or paid immediate option).

- Your invoices: View your payment history and download your invoices.

- Edit login details: Update your personal information (name, company, password). The e-mail address cannot be changed here.

Additional information:

E-mail status: A green icon indicates a verified e-mail address, a red one an unverified e-mail address (verification is required to access the dashboard).

Sites awaiting approval

You can see the latest sites submitted and awaiting approval:

- Only pre-approved sites (content and thumbnail ready) are displayed.

- A few hours are needed for manual checking.

- Pending final approval, links are shown as images ("no-index" attribute).

Display, properties and attributes of a site

- Attributes: A title, a description, a URL, a position, a date, a category, a country and a security level (HTTPS).

- Maintenance: Any site with an invalid e-mail address or a prolonged 404 error will be removed.

- Duration: Listing is unlimited as long as the site complies with our terms and the law.

- Thumbnail: A screenshot is generated (within 24 hours). You can request its modification or removal by e-mail.

- Grouping: URLs from the same domain may be grouped together. A red button shows the number of linked pages  .

- Security: The padlock https indicates a secure connection. Without HTTPS, the link will be "nofollow". Contact us to update this status.

Badges

Badges accompany each site on the directory pages. They summarise its status at a glance:

The "Featured" badge

It indicates the site placed at the top of its category: it is displayed in a large box with its thumbnail, at the top of the category page.

• 2The "Featured" badge, placed with the site's other badges (New, Premium, Pro...).
• 3The other sites are displayed as a list, without a large box or "Featured" badge.

When does it appear?

- When a site is added in the paid version ($10.00 package): the site goes to the top of its category.
- When the link of a site registered for free changes from nofollow to dofollow, at the end of the trial period.
- It remains displayed as long as the site holds first place in its category. The large box only appears on the first page of the category, once the site's thumbnail is ready (screenshot generated within 24 hours).

Dedicated page: the "Featured" badge.

The "Pro" badge

It indicates a professional site: the site of a company, a retailer, a tradesperson, a member of a regulated profession, a self-employed person or an association offering products or services. Non-professional sites (personal site, blog, hobby) do not have this badge.

- Declaration: the question "Is your site a professional (or non-profit) site?" (yes or no) is mandatory when adding a site, whether free or in the paid version, and in the member area.
- Changes: the owner can change their answer at any time from their member area ("Edit a site"). It is saved along with the pages and contacts.
- No badge until an answer is given: older listings that have not yet answered the question do not display one.
- Independent of the paid version: a free site can be professional, and a Premium site may not be.
- Responsibility: this information is self-declared. Its accuracy is the responsibility of the site owner; the directory may correct a clearly inaccurate declaration.

The Carousel

Located at the top of the home page, the carousel showcases the 10 most recently added sites.

Your site will be visible there temporarily for as long as it remains part of this recent list.

How do I appear there?

- Via a paid "Package 1" submission ($10.00).
- Via the "Move up the rankings" option in the member area ($10.00).

Display rules:
- No adult sites.
- Colour site thumbnail for all sites.

The carousel is at the top of the home page, just below the banner, before the introduction and the list of categories. It scrolls horizontally and shows the 10 most recently added sites.

Quality and Clean-up (SEO)

We regularly remove abandoned sites to maintain a high-quality index, which Google values.

Our clean-up actions:
- A robot that checks for dead links (404 errors).
- Detection of "parked" pages or MySQL errors.
- Spell-checking and human approval.

Our aim is to offer only active and relevant links.

Newsletter

Registering implies acceptance of our newsletter. You can manage this subscription at any time at the bottom of your member area (tick or untick the dedicated box).

Approval rules

To be accepted, your site must meet these criteria:

- Free: Top-level domain names only (no complex subdomains).

- E-mail: Must be valid and verified.

- Content: Finished site (no empty page or bare IP address). No illegal, violent or hateful content.

- Description: Unique, carefully written title (75 characters) and description (350 characters).

- Adult: No shocking images, no dating/chat. "Adult" categories carry a specific warning.

- Spam: Mass submissions by bots are deleted.

Refunds and Withdrawal

The service is deemed to have been performed as soon as the site is listed. No refund is due once the service has been provided.

In accordance with Article L 121-21-8 of the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation), the right of withdrawal does not apply to services fully performed with the consumer's agreement.

Moderation policy

To maintain the quality of the directory, we reserve the right to remove any site without notice if:

1. It may offend (in particular minors).
2. It breaches French law.
3. It is a "parked" or empty page.
4. The site is inaccessible (404 error) for a prolonged period.
